WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. All items are made to order and take 3- 4 weeks (business days) to make and dispatch with our courier.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
International orders are shipped via South African Post Office Airmail and take up to 2- 8 weeks. Orders are shipped once a week. Each order has a tracking number, which can be used to trace your parcel online at www.postoffice.co.za.
Customs and import duties are charged by the receiving country and at the buyers cost. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit and do not accept returns/refunds orders.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We at Missibaba want you to adore your unique product and if you are not completely satisfied or there is a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace it or refund you with a store credit, as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Anything extending beyond this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 14 day return policy for orders. The items must be unworn and undamaged with a swing ticket attached. To request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a Missi will get in touch shortly! Store credit is issued via email in the form of a digital gift card, it can be used at any time and never expires. To cover shipping and restocking R90.00 will be deducted from your credit. Please note: regrettably we can not accept returns on international orders.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY STORE CREDIT?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your store credit. Once we have collected and accepted your item(s) your store credit will be processed and we’ll send you a gift card via email.
I PLACED AN ORDER, WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Customers will receive an order confirmation as soon as their order has been processed. If you have paid for your order via EFT the processing takes a little longer. If you have not received an email confirmation check your junk/spam folder. If the confirmation email is still missing it is possible we might have the wrong address, email us at email@example.com so that we can find your confirmation and forward it to the correct address.
